A Vendor Affiliate member of WSHLA is: An employee, owner or partner of an organization involved in the supply of products, services, or education to ambulatory health care professionals and/or providers. Membership is annual. Renewal is based on anniversary date.

    WSHLA members and anyone visiting our website can easily access your member/organization listing from the "Vendor Affiliate Marketplace" on this website. Build out your bio to introduce yourself, showcase your products/services and special offers; add links to your social media pages and organization website so people can follow you and link to additional information.

  • Complimentary Website Advertising
    Your logo and URL link will be included in a slideshow widget displayed prominently across the WSHLA website. Gain impressions and name recognition for your organization everytime a member or non-member visits our website.

    Post your message to WSHLA Facebook and LinkedIn Group Pages, twice each year during your membership. Promote an event or let our members know a little bit more about your solutions.

    Access the online membership directory via the WSHLA member center.  While we do not allow for harvesting of member information for purposes of mass solicition, we do encourage you to use the Member Directory to search for specific contacts at organization you may be looking to connect with.

    Upon joining, you'll be subscribed to the exclusive, members-only listserv, an email forum intended to facilitate dialogue and idea sharing among WSHLA members about current practice management issues.     Distributed monthly via email, the WSHLA Update is the best way to learn more about issues that affect medical practice professionals in Washington State and stay up-to-date on the happenings/events of the association.

  • Listing in the WSHLA Update Newsletter
    Your organization will be included at least once annually, highlighting you as supporter of the association to continue with impressions and name recognition among our membership.
  • Call-In Referrals
    When medical group managers and administrators contact the WSHLA office for information on consultants, services, and products, they will be referred to Vendor Affiliate Marketplace.
  • Newsletter Contributions
    WSHLA Vendor Affiliate Members may submit newsletter contributions for consideration in the WSHLA Update.
  • Build Relationships
    When maintaining a consistent membership and presence with WSHLA along with participating in our annual conference, you'll get face time with our members to build relationships and friendships that will last beyond the show. We hear time and time again that although one of members may not be in a position this year for a product/service, a change of employment or organization initatives has them looking for solutions eventually and they seek out vendors who've they've built relationships with over years of interaction via WSHLA functions.
