Webinars are 60-90 minutes long, offered live, and include a Q&A session with the speakers. Webinars are also recorded and available for our members on-demand so you can learn when you have time. Past the Chatbot: Real AI Uses for Healthcare Administrators
ABOUT THE WEBINAR:
Most of us have tried ChatGPT by now. Far fewer are actually using AI to take real work off our plates; the kind of work that used to eat a week can now be done in an afternoon.
In this session, we'll walk through some real case studies from healthcare practices that are putting Claude, ChatGPT, and Manus to work on the problems we all recognize: payer dynamics, operational headaches, and the communications piece of leadership. This session will take an honest look at what's working, where these tools still fall short, and where real leverage can make a difference.
You'll leave with a clearer sense of where AI fits in your practice and where to start.

Are You Okay? Addressing Employee Mental Health - Gretchen Napier, MSHA, SHRM- SCP, FACMPE
ABOUT THE WEBINAR:
We have learned from world-class athletes at the top of their games, like Naomi Osaka, Michael Phelps, and Simone Biles, how they must prioritize their mental, as well as physical health. Working in healthcare is a stressful environment on a good day. A leadership style that includes “put on your game face” and “tough it out” will struggle to meet the needs of their patients and the practice while also addressing the mental health needs of their employees. In this session, we focus on concrete strategies practice leaders can implement to make an immediate impact.
Objectives:
- Describe the factors bringing employee mental health to the forefront of HR discussions
- Identify strategies for improving individual mental health
- Develop practice-wide improvements for improving employee mental health
ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
Gretchen Napier is a Medical Practice Consultant at SVMIC working with physician offices to maximize their human resources by creating cultures that are clear, kind, inclusive, and inspiring. She has been a healthcare leader for over 25 years. Gretchen earned a Bachelor’s in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from UAB (University of Alabama at Birmingham).
